AI Tool Data Privacy Disclaimer

Claimed is an artificial intelligence ("AI") tool developed by Jazze Jervis and provided as a bonus to purchasers of Selling Soulfully. Claimed operates through a third-party AI platform and is subject to Jazze Jervis's direction, design, and oversight. Jazze Jervis exercises professional judgment in the design and delivery of Claimed, including its knowledge base, conversation structure, and outputs.

Claimed collects certain information you provide during the conversation, including details about your business context, sales focus, inner patterns, and astrological 2nd house placement. Jazze Jervis takes reasonable steps to protect any confidential or personally-identifying information submitted through Claimed and operates Claimed in a manner intended to maintain confidentiality and data security. Jazze Jervis does not sell or share your confidential or personally-identifying data submitted through Claimed with any third parties.

However, you acknowledge that Claimed operates through a third-party AI platform, and Jazze Jervis cannot guarantee the security or confidentiality of information once transmitted outside of her direct control. Accordingly, you understand that when personally-identifying information - including but not limited to protected health information or other confidential, proprietary, financial, business, legal, or other sensitive data - is submitted through Claimed, Jazze Jervis cannot guarantee the security or confidentiality of this information.

Restrictions on Use of Claimed

You understand and acknowledge that Claimed - including its underlying knowledge base, conversation structure, curriculum, voice design, astrological interpretations, practices, and all associated materials (collectively, "Claimed Materials") - has been developed by Jazze Jervis through the investment of significant time, effort, and expense. The Claimed Materials are valuable, special, and unique assets of Jazze Jervis which need to be protected from improper and unauthorized use.

You expressly agree that you will not use the Claimed Materials in any way that is contrary to these terms. You are clearly and expressly forbidden from inputting, uploading, or otherwise providing any of the Claimed Materials to train, fine-tune, or otherwise contribute to any artificial intelligence machine learning systems, large language models (LLMs), or automated content generation technologies existing now or in the future, without Jazze Jervis's express written permission.

You may use the outputs of your Claimed conversation for your own personal, non-commercial purposes such as personal reflection and self-development. You may not use the Claimed Materials or your conversation outputs for any commercial or business purpose, including but not limited to building, replicating, or selling any tool, program, or resource that substantially replicates or is inspired by Claimed.

You are prohibited from duplicating, sharing, or creating derivative works from the Claimed Materials. You are prohibited from training any other person or business in how to use or create the same or substantially similar tools using the Claimed Materials.

You acknowledge that any unauthorized use of the Claimed Materials in violation of these restrictions may cause immediate and irreparable harm to Jazze Jervis for which monetary damages alone may be insufficient. Accordingly, Jazze Jervis shall be entitled to seek injunctive or equitable relief, in addition to any other rights and remedies available under applicable law.

The Claimed Materials remain the intellectual property of Jazze Jervis unless otherwise expressly assigned in writing. Use of Claimed does not alter ownership rights or grant you any rights beyond those expressly set forth in these terms. For any violation of these restrictions, Jazze Jervis reserves the right to terminate your access to Claimed and any associated Selling Soulfully materials at any time without a refund or any other type of recourse.
