What's the fastest way for your business to make more money?
Everyone has a different answer for you. Build the evergreen course. Add a couple of cheap offers. Start the Substack. So you get pulled in all the directions, or you don't start at all, because you're scared of doing the wrong thing and wasting your time and energy.
And when you do pick one, you spend six months building it, which feels like a smart business decision the whole time. Then it doesn't sell the way you hoped, and you're six months older with the same revenue.
CCBD is where we figure out what's going to make you more money now, settle the details and decisions you keep going back and forth on, and then help you actually do it.
A good strategy at the wrong time is still the wrong strategy.
The digital product wasn't a bad idea. Neither was the group program, or the funnel.
But a digital product needs an audience to sell to. A group program needs a process you've already proven with real clients. A funnel needs people entering it.

And the right strategy removes a lot of unnecessary work.

If you're making sales but you're burnt out by the way your business currently works, we look at how to redesign it around your current season of life and your Human Design and Astrology.

But knowing what to do doesn't mean you'll actually do it.

In landing week, before your first hot seat, you'll join me live for a 90-minute mini retreat.
We start with where you want to be at the end of these three months. Then I take you through the whole Your Self process, so you know who you need to be to get there, what's likely to get in your way, and what you're agreeing to implement/do when it does.
So the first time the plan gets uncomfortable, you've already been through the process once and you know exactly where to go.
Then, every month inside CCBD follows the same simple cycle:

We start each month with Focus Hot Seats (typically 12 people max so you ALWAYS get individualised feedback).
We look at what you've been doing, what your numbers are telling us, where you're stuck and what's happening in your life and business right now, and decide what you're working on for the next 30 days to make more money.
You'll leave with one clear focus, the actions you're committing to and the numbers we'll review in Week 4 to see what happened.

In Weeks 2 and 3, you'll have Office Hours with our nervous-system-trained business strategists for practical help implementing the work, plus nervous system, inner work and Human Design calls to work through what the plan is bringing up. You're not expected to go to everything - you choose the call that helps with where you're stuck.
Because it's one thing to decide you're going to send 10 pitches, publish 30 pieces of content or make 20 sales invitations.

In Week 4, we get honest about what your business - and your actions - are telling us.
Did you do what you said you were going to do? What happened when you did? What do the numbers tell us? Is the strategy not working, or have we simply not done enough of it yet?
