The strategy can be exactly right for you, and you can still struggle to give it what it needs to work.

Your Human Design, your Astrology, your capacity and your season of life. This is how we find the version of a strategy that suits you, so you're not forcing yourself into something that was never built for the way you operate.
Step 3: Your Self
The relationship you have with yourself while you're doing the work, and what happens in you when the work asks for the thing you'd rather not give. This is the thing that gives your strategy everything it needs to actually work.

Small group hot seats, usually capped at twelve people, where I work with you directly. We look at where you actually are - your season of business, your season of life, your design, what you've been trying, and where you keep getting stuck.
Then we decide your right work for the month. One thing. Everything else either gets paused or exists to support that one thing.
And then we work out where you're going to want to stop. Because the work you've chosen is going to ask something specific of you, and I can usually tell you in advance roughly when the resistance will show up and what it'll look like when it does.
In practice: it's the relief of someone looking at your actual situation and saying here's your one thing, here's what everything else is in service of, and here's the bit that's going to feel hard in about ten days so we can prepare for it.

Once you know your right work, it’s time to get the reps up! This is the part where things actually go out and when we really start meeting resistance (very normal!)
This is why in week 2, we provide live embodiment and nervous system support - breathwork, regulation, journalling. It's where you actually meet this resistance and work with the part of you that holds back while you're in the middle of it, rather than three weeks later when you've already quit.
Week 3 is a live masterclass with me, built around whatever the majority of the group is working on that month or what I feel is really necessary to upskill on. And in week 3, you've got office hours with Jess and Ash, both strategists trained in nervous system support, for anything that comes up or you just need some gentle “you’ve got this” encouragement.
In practice: it's knowing exactly what you're doing and why, and having the strategic and the personal support in the same place on the days your brain would much prefer you started something new.

A dedicated review session with me, run across two time zones so you can come live.
We look at what you actually put out this month and what your numbers say about it. And we work out whether the thing that got in the way was the strategy or the resistance, because those two need completely different responses.
You'll have guided reflection questions to work through, plus access to a custom AI review tool where you can submit your content, emails or invitations and get specific feedback on how to refine them. It's like having a strategist, a copywriter and a marketer look at what you're putting out and provide feedback. Then we come back together as a group to integrate what we've learned.
By the end of the week you're back at week one, clearer, more resourced, and holding real information about what your right work should be next month.
In practice: it's stopping to look properly at what you've built, and working out whether there’s a tweak needed with what we are already working on, rather than assuming you need to start again somewhere else.

Every month is a complete four-week cycle. The same rhythm every time, so you always know where you are and what this week is for.
The themes for each week are based on the astrological “modalities”, where every season moves through the same three phases - something gets initiated, it gets sustained, and then it gets reviewed before the next season begins.
Your business works the same way. You start something, you get the reps up, and then you look honestly at what happened. Most business advice only ever teaches the starting.
You do that three times over the twelve weeks.
By the third round you're being the kind of person who knows exactly what you need to do and why, and how to continue executing - even when you don’t feel certain.

We run a four-week monthly rhythm designed to keep you executing.
Week 1 (Focus): Intimate hot seats where we look at your actual business, your design, and lock in your exact focus for the month.
Week 2 (Embodiment): Energetic and embodiment support including breathwork, nervous system regulation and journalling, to build the capacity to keep going when things feel uncertain.
Week 3 (Skill): A live masterclass where I teach the specific skill most relevant to what you're working on that month, plus office hours.

Calls are typically 9am Lisbon and 4pm or 7pm Lisbon. For the hot seats you'll share your preferred time zone and day during onboarding and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
