Before you can build momentum, you have to decide exactly what you are initiating and getting your reps up on. We look at your current season of life, your business, and your design to make a clear, grounded decision: this is what you and your business need right now.
We look at your capacity and design a focused container around your action, so you know exactly where to direct your energy without the constant second-guessing.
Step 2 Fixed (Stabilise: Getting Your Reps Up)
You cannot refine what does not exist. In the Fixed phase, we stop searching for a secret strategy or a shortcut and focus entirely on building the capacity to stay on your mountain. This is where we get your reps up. When we don’t receive instant external validation, the mind panics and wants to run. This is where we solidify the foundation of self-trust and steadiness to continue taking action, helping you hold the discomfort of the “in-between” so your efforts can actually build momentum and compound.
Step 3: Mutable (Evolve: Adapt and Refine)
This is where we build an interactive relationship with your business by learning how to read what is actually working and what isn't. Instead of letting panic convince you to scrap your offer or change platforms, we stand on the plateau and look at the actual numbers.
We analyse your sales ecosystem, your copy, and your positioning with a clean, strategic eye, separating the data from your personal worth. This is how you learn to listen to what your business actually needs from you, allowing it to evolve in a way that feels deeply resourced.

The first week of every month is dedicated to small group, personalised hot seats.
These are intimate calls (typically with a maximum of twelve people) where I work with you directly. We look at where you are actually at, your season of business, your season of life, what you have been trying, what is working, and where you are getting in your own way.
Then we get specific: what is the one thing you are getting your reps up on this month? Is it content creation? Inviting people into validation sessions? Building out your email funnel? Or is the right work this month less about strategy and more about building the capacity to take action consistently?
We will also map out what is likely to take you off track and design a clear plan to manage it. It is incredibly hard to learn how to swim while you are drowning, so we make sure we are not just talking about the action, but what we will do when the action is not happening. This is truly one of the most valuable skills you can cultivate as a business owner.
In practice: It is the deep relief of someone looking at your actual situation and saying: here is your one thing. Here is what everything else is in service of right now.

Once you know your right work, you do it.
You show up consistently, with the understanding that you cannot refine what does not exist, and that real skill comes from accumulated action, not from doing something once and deciding it does not work.
Week 2 is dedicated to energetic and embodiment support. This includes live practices like breathwork, nervous system regulation, and journaling sessions. These sessions are the physical infrastructure that makes consistent action possible. If you do not feel steady enough to keep going when things feel uncertain, you will never take action long enough to actually get results.
Week 3 is a live masterclass with me. I teach the specific skill most relevant to what the group is working on that month. If everyone is getting reps up on content creation, I will teach content. If it is validation sessions, I will teach conversion. You are learning how to do the exact thing you are already doing even better, which is far more effective than any amount of theoretical coaching.
Throughout these weeks, you also have access to office hours with Jess and Ash - both strategists who are deeply trained in nervous system support - for any blocks that come up or for a quick pep talk to remind you that you are on the right track.

Week four is a dedicated review and refinement session with me, held across two different time zones so you can easily come live.
This is the step most people skip, and it is the exact place where your real results start to compound.
We look at what you actually put out into the world this month. We look at what worked, what didn't, what the data tells you about where your strategy needs adjusting, and, just as importantly, what it tells you about where your design or your capacity needs more support going forward.
